Nice trailer with a 10' short wall LQ. This trailer is equipped with a hydraulic jack leg, spare tire, 30# propane tanks, mangers, permanent rear tack with four saddle bosses and bridle hooks. The horse area has escape door at the first stall with a full stud wall in the first stall, drop down windows on the back three stalls, two manger doors, inside is totally lined and insulated, slider windows on the butt side and an awning.
The living quarters has a curb side entrance door with a fold up step. The layout in the living quarters is a jack knife sofa on the curb side wall with a picture window behind and overhead cabinets, front kitchen with single sink, two burner cook top, 6 cubic foot refrigerator, over head cabinets, microwave in above cabinet, a high/low hanging closet next to the refrigerator. Also equipped with ducted A/C and a forced air gas furnace. The bathroom has a vanity with medicine cabinet above, mirrored linen closet behind toilet and drawer, corner neo-angle shower with glass surround and exhaust fan above.
